Michael Banta and Jeff Kessinger, collectively known as Watercolors, have been making music together since they were teens, starting with returning to their Junior high during their first year of high school to play the prom. Over the many years since then they have  woven together a unique fabric of their individual and collective music experiences arriving at their current format. Michael is an accomplished acoustic guitar finger picker/singer/songwriter and Jeff is an orchestrating lap steel guitar player/ songwriter. Together, they perform many covers not specific to any single genre  with a unique approach to orchestration, as well as several original tunes.
